Have your say on the interim carbon plan

Residents have the chance to shape the county's roadmap to net-zero by taking part in the Interim Devon Carbon Plan Consultation.

​​The consultation, which opens on Monday December 7 and runs for 10 weeks, gives the public an opportunity to influence Devon's collective response to the global climate emergency and create a healthier, fairer and stronger Devon.

Citizens Assembly Principles agreed

A review of evidence and best practice on citizens' assemblies has been prepared by the University of Exeter, which has made recommendations about how the Devon Citizens' Assembly should operate.

A Plan for Climate Change Action

West Devon has agreed the steps it will take in their fight against climate change and biodiversity loss. The Council has also agreed that it aims to be a carbon neutral organisation by 2030.
